DELIVERY

We operate on a dropshipping basis, wherever possible. This means that when you place an order through our website, we will then process the order with the brand, who will ship the item directly to you. The cost of delivery will be as displayed at checkout and will vary according to each brand’s own shipping policies, and depending on the country the item(s) is being shipped from. We and/or our brand partners will deliver goods to you as soon as reasonably possible and will endeavour to ship within 2 business days or within the allocated lead time for Made-to-Order items as detailed on each product page. 

If you order multiple items from multiple brands, they will arrive in separate packages, as each brand will be shipping directly from themselves to the you. We will always keep you updated on any delays to shipping by any of our brand partners.

For any items shipped directly from Little L, we will always send out next day delivery. 

Please note that we currently only ship to the UK.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Returns on Made-to-Order items, unless they arrive damaged, or unless specified below. Made-to-Order items are clearly marked as such on each product page.

For non Made-to-Order items, we will gladly accept Returns if notified within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will refund you the price paid for the product(s) excluding delivery costs, by the method used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price if the value of the goods has decreased by your handling of the goods (i.e. if there is any form of damage and/or signs of wear).

We will make any refunds to the customer within 5 days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s). To return an order, please contact us at lizzie@littlelfashion.com. Please state your order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and your reason for returning. 

Since we work on a dropshipping basis, Returns will need to be sent back directly to each brand. You will need to contact us as above (stating the order number, the item(s) wishing to return and your reason for returning), and we will send you the correct returns address. Please do not return an item without first requesting the correct returns address.

You will be liable for the cost and safe delivery of all returns, unless specified below. Only where the goods are damaged on arrival will Little L, or the relevant brand, pay the cost of the return. Little L and our brand partners cannot be held responsible for any goods which go missing on return, so you are strongly advised to insure the goods adequately and use a tracked postage service for returns.

If you order multiple items from multiple brands, this may incur separate multiple returns – as each return must go back to the correct brand.

Arkitaip

Delivery: £10 Delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Returns: You can return your item for a refund, minus any shipping costs, duties and taxes, provided that notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing lily@littlelfashion.com. We will then provide the correct returns address for you to return your order directly to Arkitaip. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

ASAR BY Nikeen Asar

Delivery: £21.95 UK Delivery. DHL Signature on Delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Returns: All items are Made-to-Order. No Returns on Made-to-Order items. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged.

coutille london

Delivery: Free Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery Next Day by 1pm.

Returns: Free Returns & Exchanges for all UK customers provided that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, by emailing lily@littlelfashion.com. Items must be in the original condition when returned - unwashed, unworn, with original tags, seals attached and hygiene liner and in original packaging. We will send you a pre-paid postage label for you to return your item directly to Coutille.

LAura ironside

Delivery: £5.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Returns: Returns or Exchanges offered on Made-to-Order items, provided that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct address to return your item directly to Seren. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage.

Lola Varma

Delivery: £90 DHL Express 2-10 working days from date of dispatch. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: All items are Made-to-Order. No Returns on Made-to-Order items. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged.

Paula Knorr

Delivery: £27 with UPS or similar. This item will be shipped from Germany. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Returns: All items are Made-to-Order. No Returns on Made-to-Order items. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged.

Seren

Delivery: Free UK Delivery. DHL. Please allow 3-5 working days delivery from the date of dispatch.

Returns: No Returns on Made-to-Order items. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged. Returns or Exchanges offered on non Made-to-Order items, provided that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing lily@littlelfashion.com. We will send you the correct address to return your item directly to Seren. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Delivery: £20 UK Delivery. UPS. Please allow 1-3 working days delivery from the date of dispatch.

Delivery: £25 UK Delivery with DHL.
